We strengthened development through global management training for change and structured learning pathways and launch of our Amplify mentoring programme. Employees benefited from tailored learning, role‑specific upskilling and clear progression routes. Insights from our global engagement survey continue to guide our approach, supporting a strong talent pipeline and future readiness. We continue to strengthen a culture where everyone feels respected and able to thrive, ensuring ongoing development, engagement and inclusivity for everyone.
Diversity and inclusion.
We continue to strengthen a culture where everyone feels respected and able to thrive. Our diversity and inclusion approach focuses on inclusive recruitment, continuous learning, fair progression and employee-led networks such as our “Every Voice” initiative and neurodiversity group. From a governance perspective, we are preparing across Europe for the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD) which comes into effect in June 2026. Together these actions support the embedding of equitable practices across the Group, strengthen workforce engagement and resilience, and help ensure our workplace reflects the diverse communities and markets we serve.

Our teams continue to make a positive local impact through volunteering, fundraising and long‑term charity partnerships. We empower colleagues to support causes meaningful to them, alongside coordinated Group‑wide initiatives that deliver collective benefit.
